In a surprising turn of events, the nation has become divided over the correct spelling of the name Brian.
As the debate rages on, some people have even started to refer to themselves as either a Brian or a Bryan, depending on how they spell their name.
However, one person who wishes to remain anonymous has come forward with an interesting insight into the matter. They stated, "Because of the name Brian, I now know why we say 'Sometimes Y' as a vowel." This statement is sure to be a blow to the Bryans who have been arguing that their "y" spelling is just as valid as the traditional "i" spelling.
It seems that even the English language itself is against the Bryans, as the letter "y" is often seen as a vowel only when it serves as a substitute for another vowel, such as "i" in the name Brian. This revelation is sure to leave the Bryans feeling insulted and dismayed.
In conclusion, it appears that the debate over the correct spelling of Brian has come to an end. The traditional "i" spelling and the newer "y" spelling are both considered correct. However, it is clear that the name Brian has provided us with a deeper understanding of the English language and its sometimes confusing vowel system.
