Evil Genius’s Plans Foiled by His Uncontrollable Laughter. Gives Away the Entire Plot.

The latest super-villain to hit the news was foiled by an unlikely foe: his own uncontrollable laughter. The mastermind, who goes by the name Dr. Chuckles, was caught red-handed by police after his evil plot was hilariously revealed.

According to eyewitnesses, Dr. Chuckles was in the middle of his grand scheme when he suddenly burst out laughing. He laughed and laughed until tears streamed down his face, completely giving away his entire plan.

"We couldn't believe it," said one of the arresting officers. "He just kept laughing and telling us about his whole scheme. It was like he couldn't help himself."

Dr. Chuckles' plan was reportedly to use an army of robotic clowns to take over the city. The clowns would infiltrate homes and businesses, causing chaos and confusion while the good doctor made his escape with all the loot.

But now, thanks to his uncontrollable laughter, Dr. Chuckles is behind bars and his plot has been thwarted. The city is safe once again, and the people are breathing a collective sigh of relief.

As for Dr. Chuckles, he's reportedly been placed in a padded cell where he can continue to laugh to his heart's content. The city is just happy that they don't have to worry about any more evil laughter-fueled schemes.
