Local Drug Dealer Still Only 5 Minutes Away Three Days Later

Cody Schalinski, 32, who wishes to remain anonymous, told sources yesterday that his local drug dealer claimed to be five minutes away over three days ago. "I was just looking to relax," said the anonymous source (Schalinski). "I had a rough day at work and just wanted to go home and lay back. I hit up my... friend [Carl Scheel, his drug dealer who asked to remain anonymous] to bring over some... relaxation herbs, and he said he'd be right over." However, that was not the case.

Schalinski said he was willing to make the drive to Scheel's apartment to pick up the herbs, but Scheel said he wasn't home and would swing by later. "I don't mind doing some leg work," Schalinski said. "But he just refused to work with me."

"That was on Monday. By Wednesday I hit him up and he said he was still 5 minutes away." We asked the anonymous source if he tried hitting up any other friends. "I thought about it, but I don't like using some of the other contacts I have." Schalinski recalled going to his "friend" Armando's house. "His house always smelled like unkempt snake dirt and his grandkids were always around. It made it weird for business." As for the other "friends", it was more of the same story. "It's just hard to find good friends these days. It seems I'm always on their schedule."

Schalinski said he didn't know what to do, and that he didn't know if he could keep it up in his area with such unreliable friends. We will stay up to date as this story breaks.

Update: Scheel eventually did show up, but Schalinski was at work so Scheel said he'd come back later. He never did.
